Really delighted to be part of the Sweet 'Art Retrespect exhibition, in Hoxton, London in May 2022.
The exhibition formed the first event in a 3 month programme celebrating the 10 year anniversary of Sweet ‘Art! Their first show #1 took place in 2012 in aid of International Women's Day - the Retrespect show explores, contrasts and compares responses to feminist issues both societally and creatively over the 10 years. The organisation is a not-for-profit dedicated to promoting both upcoming and established artists, who are often marginalised from the artworld. Sweet ‘Art aims to provide an accessible and inclusive space for making, looking at, thinking about and debating art.
